Letter to Vidkun Quisling, September 1, 1942

Herr Prime Minister, Vidkun Quisling, My leader

I kindly ask you to confirm that the purpose of a closed police company being deployed on the Eastern Front within the belt of the legion is to keep this company together and as closed from formation, as this is one of the most important for the building of the new Norwegian police.
