Liv Anker Tomter (born Hassel on 29 August 1911 in Søndeled in Risør, married to civil engineer Anders Tomter, died on 14 November 1988 in Nøtterøy) was a Norwegian woman who was the leader of the Nasjonal Samling (NS) Kvinnehirden from November 1940 until she asked to be relieved in February 1941. She was from before the mother of two small children and became pregnant again.
